On August 31, 2010, I entered Ironman Louisville 2011. This was initially the story of my journey to the race, but it will continue to be my place for all things training and tri.

Quick Update
Got sick in the middle of the week so didn't get as much work in as I wanted. However, I did finally get back to it with a nice long 8.5 mile yesterday.
I also entered my first full stand alone marathon.
